Our client is a professional Clinical Research organization, based in Luik Belgium.
The client is a pharmaceutical CRO, a rising star in the field of women's health.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the clinical trial assistant you are part of the clinical R&D team. You will provide assistance of the department to ensure smooth running trials. The position is ideal for a young professional that is looking for some experience in the world of clinical trials. This position is a project of three months, full time on site.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for the set-up, file and index all clinical trial documents and regulatory documents, take care of training materials, correspondence and the organisation and preparation of meetings. Next to all this you are responsible the maintenance of clinical tracking system and support teams in preparing trial documents, study budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc or similar in a scientific discipline
- Relevant experience in administrative tasks
- Experienced in MS Office
- Fluent in French, English also preferred
- Strong communicator and organizational skills
