For our Client, international and globally recognised company establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Customer Service Representative with French.
Your new role
Holding the position of Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for maintaining a good business relationship with all customers in collaboration with other departments, and coordinating the service to the customers within corporate and local policies. The job holder will also advise customers on the whole product range, the stock situation, possibilities of various products, product applications, novelties etc. Other responsibilities include handling the process of all inbound orders, ensuring accurate data input and proactively informing customers about delivery dates/changes. Other duty will involve selectively contacts customers in order to prepare and coordinate visits and fairs for the (Key) Account Managers. If necessary, visits customer together with the (Key) Account Managers.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should possess higher education degree, previous experience on customer-oriented position and be fluent in English and French. You should express interest in the fashion industry and knowledge of high-end brands. We are looking for a person who is capable of satisfying the demanding Clients needs and providing them with outstanding customer experience. You should be also capable of building and maintaining long-term relationships with them and building collaboration with other business lines.
