For our Client, international and globally recognised company establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Customer Service Team Leader with French (native).
Your new role
Holding position of Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a small team of Customer Service Representatives for a dedicated region and for coordinating the service to the customer within the team according to the corporate and local policies. On a regular basis, you will report all activities in the region to the Head of Customer Service. Other responsibility will include correct handling of complex requests and complaints from customers in the region and ensuring that they are solved rapidly in an efficient and professional manner to satisfy the customer. The jobholder will also be responsible for providing customer service to dedicated customers and all the regional operations teams in order to support them in reaching their targets.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should possess higher education degree, around 3 - 5 years of experience on customer-oriented position and be fluent in English and French. People or project management experience will be an asset. You should also express interest in the fashion industry and knowledge of high-end brands. We are looking for a person who is capable of satisfying the demanding Clients needs and providing them with outstanding customer experience.
