CRM Solutions Senior Architect
Location: WarszawaWithin HP CMS practice (Communications & Media Solutions), we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with deep knowledge and experience of Telco BSS solutions such as (in priority order): CRM, Order Management (Order Capture, Order Execution), Product Catalogue, Business Intelligence and DWH.
The immediate role of a successful candidate will be to join CMR project for one of leading Polish Telco operators run by HP, and in the future may also include presale support during RFI, RFP, RFQ.

In more details role is as follows:
• Architect CRM solutions by preparing and making strategic architecture decisions in highly complex environment of Telco operator legacy and To-Be systems
• Develop for client technically feasible long-term IT and CRM strategies and plans
• Oversee the implementation and governance of architectures of selected CRM project or program area
• Assess business impact of specific technologies/strategies, including Identification and addressing of technical or operational risks
• Collaborates with the project manager to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures
• Contribute to the Architect professional network worldwide and across HP businesses
• Develop and deliver solution-oriented pre-sales presentations for clients, including CxO level
• Contributes to industry wide external events and communities as a speaker or writer

Requirements
Education and Experience Required:
• Telco Industry experience of 5 to 10 years
• CRM solutions analysis, design and implementation experience of 3 to 5 years, Siebel experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Good product knowledge and experience in at least two selected leading CRM products
• Good knowledge of Telco standards (e.g. eTOM, SID, others)
• Deep knowledge of IT and business standards and best practices in CRM area and how to apply them appropriately in solutions (e.g. UML)
• Familiar with multiple architectural, development and operational methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, ITSM, ITIL, etc.)
• Proven experience in analyzing complex Telco legacy environment, and making strategic directions decisions for To-Be architecture
• Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design an IT solution that appropriately addresses it
• Ability to lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of IT based solutions (typically within multiple technology or specialty areas)
• Ability to lead a team of consultants in the completion of one or more architecture requirements or implementation deliverables
• Ability to write Statements of Work for CRM solutions that span multiple technologies or operational areas
• Ability to apply program/project management methods and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure the accomplishment of targeted goals for CRM projects
• Very good command of English and fluent Polish
