Our Client is Nordics, family owned manufacturing company with strong focus on responsibility, eco-friendly approaching with an international exposure.

The company decided to set-up new investment and Shared Service Center in Wroclaw which is an integral part of parent business and support wide scope of operations.
Description
- To support theCRM end users and Sales management
- First single point of contact for all internal users
- CRM training for new and existing users
- Create and maintain CRM manuals
- Preparation of CRM related reporting to Sales Controlling, Country Managers, and other stakeholders
- Preparing and supporting strategic sales meetings with B2B customers
- Following up annual customer agreements inside CRM (e. g. Marketing activities)
- To ensurethatCRM/Dynamics system is developed to fulfil business needs of organisation
- Data management
- Ensure Dynamics is available for users
- Consult other functions in use of information
- Participate in development of CRM
- Advising and close cooperation with Country Sales Managers and Senior Sales Manager in all countries (Europe)
Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in Dynamics CRM
- Customisation & Configuration experience (beneficial)
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Fluency in English and German as an asset
