CRM Project Manager (senior) (m/f)
The selected Candidate will be responsible for managing a newly implemented CRM solution - customer care, sales and marketing activities. This position requires managing several CRM projects and daily cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Description

Delivering and facilitating end to end CRM projects within agreed timeline,
-
Ensuring the CRM is implemented in the best way,
-
Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilization is monitored,
-
Defining project needs and required resources to execute the CRM projects successfully,
-
Promoting the advantages of using CRM across the business,
-
Preparing the materials, presentations, reports summarizing work progress against the plan,
-
Leading and managing, as well as mentoring and coaching the small team,
-
Maximizes team efficiency by creating and implementing daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work tasks/plans aligned with project initiatives,
-
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders involved in project realization,
-
Monitoring the budget realization.
Profile
-
Higher education degree,
-
Experience in the CRM implementation, including integration with ERP and other business systems,
-
Experience in project management,
-
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques,
-
Project Management certifications is a strong plus,
-
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal,
-
Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness,
-
Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities,
-
A strong customer centric approach,
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
-
Excellent English language command.
