For one of our crucial Clients located in Gliwice we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Critical Incident Management Officer.
Your new role
As a Critical Incident Management Officer you will be responsible for leading and following-up upon resolutions for Severity One Incidents (P1 Critical Incidents), threats and vulnerabilities, and participating in on-call duty for business-critical services (approx. 6 weeks p.a.). Part of your daily duties will be driving Performance Team assignments together with business representatives and cooperating with Problem, Change and Configuration Management. This role also includes developing and administering the monitoring tools that is being used to anticipate irregular operation by our NOC and SOC colleagues, preparing and evaluating root cause analyses, risk reports and updating documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in information science, mathematics, natural science, engineering or similar coupled with several years of experience in IT infrastructure services or as project manager, solution designer or e.g. IT architect. Moreover, you need to have experience with monitoring tools comparable to BMC Truesight, Entuity, Truview, ISO 17799 / ISO/IEC 27001 / ISO 27002 and with Microsoft Office. As a successful Candidate you need to have the good knowledge about CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CISA and have any certification in Scrum, ITIL v3 Foundation or COBIT. Good English and communication skills is a must. You should also be willing to take business travel.
