For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Fraud Analyst with English.
Within this position you will be responsible for reviewing credit applications and analyse all of the provided information and identify any exceptions and contacting customers where there are issues with ability to access credit files. Your duties will include identifying and reporting high risk customers and monitor accordingly, you will be cooperating with Fraud Department. You will be recording all information on a variety of systems and managing a large number of existing accounts
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English - C1 level. Previous experience in credit risk/fraud is also required. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
