For our client – shared service centre located in WrocÅ‚aw, we are looking for Credit Controller with German, who will join AR Team.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing and investigating overdue accounts
• Reviewing credit limits and releasing blocked orders
• Performing collection calls
• Assisting customers in dispute resolution
• Agreeing on payment plans and following up on them
• Preparing monthly and weekly reports
• Constantly looking for process improvements and effectiveness increase
Requirements:
• Higher education, preferably in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• Communicative English and very good German language skills – C1
• Experience in accounting, especially in Collections/AR, will be an advantage
• Precision and ability to work with figures
• Demonstrating excellent analytical skills
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment • Strong customer focus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
