Credit Controller (Pharma Sector)
Proper candidate will work directly with Accounting Manager and will be fully responsible for credit assessments, negotiating payment plans, improving debt collection processes and initiating legal procedures if necessary.

For our Client, the pharmaceutical company based in Warsaw, currently we are looking for Credit Controller to join the Finance Department. Company is a part of global healthcare group and running business all over the Globe. Company in Poland is one of TOP 15 OTC players but also part of its business is done in mass market channel.
Description
- Minimalizing the company's credit exposure
- Maintaining customer's credit limit and approving or denying applications based on company standards and requirements
- Daily Cash application from the bank statements and proactively communicate with customers on mismatches with outstanding invoices.
- Monitoring accounts receivables to ensure customers pay on time and chasing any overdue invoices
- Negotiating payment plans with customers and set up loan terms and conditions
- Monitoring High Risk Debtors
- Improving and implementing debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments and initiating legal procedures if necessary
- Reporting and following up outstanding deliveries / queries to ensure resolution for month end close
- Collating and following up new customer account documentation in line with credit policy
- Processing authorised changes of customer master data in order to ensure integrity and correctness of master data and terms conditions according to agreements made
Profile
- University degree in economy / finance/accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in international company, also independent position,
- Pro-active hands-on, solution driven mentality, very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated, pro-active team player
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Very good command of English language
- Extended knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of SAP system will be strong asset
- Experience in the pharmaceutical business and/or in collection of pharmacies will be also a strong asset
