Client Details
For our Client - an international real estate developer - who is currently implementing operations in Poland, we are seeking for an experienced professional for a position of Country Manager. Successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and developing company on polish market. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of company expansion in Poland - overseeing all aspects of the business. In order to succeed in this position, you need to be highly driven, have a passion for Real Estate and a desire to build a business from the ground up.
Description
- Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in Poland
- Recruit the very best talent and build a high performing team
- Manage market research and formulate an acquisition strategy for Poland.
- Evaluate and assess potential real estate acquisitions, considering profitability for the company and its investors. Source and negotiate property acquisitions.
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance the property portfolio and to mitigate risk.
- Negotiate with local vendors and service providers
- Report monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
- Network effectively with local stakeholders and develop strong professional relationships
- Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained
- Contribute to the overall global success of the company
Profile
- Master's degree, MBA or other relevant fields, strongly preferred
- 10 year's or more experience on a top management position within residential real estate development area
- Significant experience in Real Estate Development
- Fluent in English
- Exceptionally well organised and driven by success
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Outstanding negotiating skills
- Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
- Decisive and committed
- A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around
- Ability to travel abroad
