Country Manager (f/m) Netherlands
Location: GermanyAmomed Pharma GmbH www.amomed.com is an international pharmaceutical company specialized in intensive care and emergency medicine, anesthesia as well as neuropsychiatric disorders. We are a dynamic and dedicated team based in Austria with affiliates in Germany, France and in the SEE region. We are currently seeking support for our expansion in The Netherlands.
You know the international pharmaceutical market and in particular the therapeutic areas we are doing business in (intensive care and emergency medicine, anesthesia, neuropsychiatric disorders) and have experience in launch activities with hospitals.
Your tasks:

Set-up of Amomed in The Netherlands

Business development across the country

Recruiting, motivating and leading the local team

Responsible for marketing, product development and sales

Strategic and operative planning

Implementation of international marketing activities

Liaison with the headquarter in Vienna

Degree in business or the natural sciences
-
At least 5 years of management experience within the pharma industry

Expertise of the Dutch pharmaceutical market and its intricacies

Lice cycle management experience with pharmaceutical products
-
Market access strategy know-how
-
Leadership experience in marketing and sales and/or development
-
Exceptional communication skills
-
Service and solution oriented
-
Confident personality with an impeccable appearance
-
Excellent English skills (German is an advantage)

Willing to travel
