For our Client, international company operating in banking sector, we are looking for the person on the position of: Learning & Development Country Head.
he person on this position will be responsible for implementation of learning strategy for the country in the line with business strategy and global learning policy. The main duties on this position include: ensuring and helping the business to identify and develop competencies for current and future roles, managing competency gaps, developing talents with leadership skills, building people manager capability both as a coach and as a mentor to help build high performing teams. The Learning & Development Country Head will be also responsible for promoting of learning culture, usage of different learning delivery channels, measuring of learning effectiveness and compliance company policies, as well governance standards and regulatory controls in the areas related to training. The person on this position will also manage learning budget.
Our Client requires: 10 years of relevant experience in a L&D role; fluent English; experience in ssc or banking sector; experience in coaching and learning methodologies and interventions. Moreover the person on this position should be creative, open – minded, pro-active and able to work under pressure. We also require excellent organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
