What you’ll do
- Participation in new ERP system implementation project
- Support and initiate process improvements from Costing area
- Costing System administration – building new versions and scenarios for cost models, maintenance of system automatic jobs, update/refresh of systems tables
- Test new system functionalities and communicate new changes to the Costing team
- Support Costing team during month end process and cost model updates activities
- Update of intercompany prices
- Ensure strong internal controls are established and maintained in the costing activities and system
- Perform variance analysis
- Maintenance of system related documentation
- Support the audit requests and ad hoc questions in the company from costing area
- Close cooperation with other accounting teams
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and use technology to improve the efficiency of the team
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel is required – Visual Basic)
- Finance experience, Master Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proven ability of implementing best practices in a shared services environment
- General knowledge of manufacturing plant costing practices
