Cost Invoices Coordinator
Miejsce pracy: KoninFor our Client, SSC near Konin, we are looking for:
COST INVOICES COORDINATOR
On this position you will manage, lead and coordinate delivery team within sub-process (cost invoices) to ensure service delivery according to the agreed standards.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the service delivery within sub-process (quality and efficiency)
- Ensure high quality customer service standards
- Single point of contact for the customers (KRAMP entities)
- Proactively identify and drive process improvement opportunities
- Approve process documentation
- Motivate, coach and mentor the team to achieve individual and team objectives
- Define annual performance objectives for team members
- Monitor and evaluate team’s performance and take time to improve performance
Reuirements:
- University degree (preferably financial/economic)
- Fluent english
- Accounting knowledge
- Excelent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- People mamagement experience will be an asset
- Ability to work in the changing environment
