Your new role
On this position you will be working as a part of the Business Finance Department and reporting directly to the local Finance Controller. Your main task will be to take active part in planning and forecasting process, deliver reliable reports on costs deviation and variance analysis, prepare intercompany re-charges, implement and track costs reduction initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and principles of accounting. You will be also responsible for ensuring accurate and timely month end closing and reporting, creating and maintaining successful relationship with all stakeholders, internal and external auditors supporting their requests.
What you'll need to succeed
Your proven min. 3 years of experience in controlling department in well-structured multinational company will be essential. Strong financial analysis capability, good problem solving skills, attention to details and hands-on mentality will lead to your success. You need to be fluent in English and Polish. We will be more than happy to see that you are well organized, independent and motivated person who is not afraid of new professional challenges.
