Description
-
Develop and conduct analyses, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programmes aligned with the organisation's reward strategy

Administer the company's compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies
-
Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyse compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets

Collect data about company's Compensation and Benefit policies and analyse them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions
-
Recommends policies that will be beneficial for employee welfare such as accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, income continuance, holidays and vacations

Participate in compensation and benefit surveys
Profile
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar
- At least 5 years of experience within compensation & benefits area, experience in manufacturing sector will be a plus
- Perfect knowledge of best practices and regulations within comp&ben area
- Very good communication skills, can-do attitude, pro-active
- Good knowledge of English language
