On behalf of our client, a group on the tobacco market with nearly 2000 employees in Poland, we are looking for a person who will be interested in position a Coordinator NTM Quality Assurance, located in warsaw Office.
The hired Candidate, as a Coordinator NTM Quality Assurance will be responsible for a Non-Tobacco material suppliers quality performance management and improvement. The person will also coordinate and implement of mitigation plans across company functions in critical Non-Tobacco material -related quality incidents and develop and improvement for next generation products complaint process. The Candidate will be supporting global improvement projects with global Non-Tobacco material supplier and assuring effectiveness thereof. The Candidate will be supporting documentation development and improvement for a Product Quality Framework as well. It’s important that the Candidate need to have advanced knowledge on ISO 9001 and basic knowledge on ISO 14001, because he will be supporting 3rd party oversight execution and follow-up of audits led by Quality Assurance.
Our Client is looking for a Candidate who has Master’s degree in technical science – Production Engineering – or equivalent due to experience. Ideal Candidate is a Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001. Technical background and experience in the field of Non-Tobacco products and the production process of New Generation Tobacco are essential. The Candidate need to have ability to work under time pressure and developed communication skills. Fluency in English and Polish is a must.
