For our Client – SSC of international well-known organization based in Poznan we are currently looking for experienced Candidates for the position in Controlling area.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include: supporting local Finance Team in cost analysis and investment decision making process, playing a key role in the monthly, quarterly, annual financial closing processes, critical role in budgeting and forecasting processes, preparation of management reporting for local management, coordination of saving initiatives identification and execution process, reviewing and analyzing performance vs budget, latest estimate and last year, preparing ad hoc reports, simulations and sensitivity analysis, close cooperation with Local Business Partners and CFO, ensuring financial processes run in highest quality.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will hold a University degree Education in Finance and/or Accounting, 3-5 years of professional experience in Controlling with a solid knowledge of financial controlling processes and data analysis, fluent English, both written and spoken, good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Power Point, experience in working with SAP FI/CO, BW, CO-PA and HFM would be an asset, very analytical, able to consume lots of numbers and make appropriate decisions, strong communication skills, team worker with well-developed collaboration skills.
