For our Client - an international company, we are looking for Contract Support Specialist, responsible for cooperation with suppliers and clients. Workplace BÅ‚onie.
This person will provide exceptional customer service and comprehensive services to the client and the contract. You will drive high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments, better buying and use of preferred suppliers. You responsibility will be to compiling of the Contract Review Business Unit pack and conducting supplier surveys on MySupplier. You will support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract Reviews, raise Purchase Orders, review open Purchase Orders, policy and procedure compliance, processing supplier invoices and resolving any queries. Main goal will be to constantly improve quality, service and efficiency.
In order to be successful in the role it is key that the Contract Support understands procedures, processes and operates them to the required standards. We are looking for someone who wants develop professional career in an international and friendly environment and who possess well-developed communication skills and excellent command of English. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service/ Logistics area as well as ability to plan tasks and allocate resources. Highly computer literate and IT Skills to achieve key tasks and give the business a sound reporting base are essential. Previous experience of a service industry role using operating systems such as Dynamics AX is desirable.
