Your new role
Contract Authoring Specialist
This role is to review and activate the lease contracts originated by the Operating Companies (OpCos) in each country across EMEA in accordance with internal policies and processes and external regulation and compliance.
More importantly you will have the following responsibilities:
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be satisfied in this position you need to have advanced level of English, as well as strong attention to details with analytical and problem solving skills. We are looking to hire an effective communicator, focused on the customer, able to work under pressure and managing deadlines as well as changing circumstances. Economics or business related university degree would be a highly value added.

Your new role
Contract Authoring Specialist
This role is to review and activate the lease contracts originated by the Operating Companies (OpCos) in each country across EMEA in accordance with internal policies and processes and external regulation and compliance.
More importantly you will have the following responsibilities:
- Contract review and booking
- Resolution of contract rejections with the OpCos
- Contract administration & amendment
- Contract termination
- Support with contract Sell Off to in-house and external leasing companies
- Support the preparation and distribution of daily, weekly and month end reporting
