For our Client, international number one home appliances Producer, we are currently searching for a true Lean – Passionate, who will join its matrix structure at the position of Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer dedicated to global R&D Laboratory based in Wroclaw (and 2 ndone in Russia as well).

Being a part of global R&D Centre located in Wroclaw, the person on this position will be mainly focused on driving consistency (test to test and Lab to Lab) in R&D Laboratory test results, making use of data analysis and collaboration with R&D design teams dedicated to prototype projects.
Collecting engineering groups’ feedback regarding possible laboratory improvements (testing methods and procedures, lab insights etc.) will also be a part of this role. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will work together with Lab Supervisor and his subordinate Technicians on a daily basis, reporting directly to Lab Manager located in Italy and (dot line) to Continuous Improvement Global Lead. Moreover, Candidate’s scope of responsibilities will include also supporting and mentoring Lab Technicians.
The main aim of this role is to improve R&D Lab efficiency, making use of Lean/Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
To apply for this position you need to have at least 3 years of experience gained in the range of continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma optimization projects, especially in the range of R&D laboratory activities, as well as at least Bachelor degree in Engineering area.
Moreover, our Client is searching for a person who presents excellent communication skills, also in English language. Due to multinational environment advanced level of both spoken and written English is a must. Along with the usual professional knowledge like strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles and methodologies, Candidates should have some knowledge in Home Appliances standards of IEC, EN, AHAM. Experience in R&D structure and laboratory will be an advantage.
