On behalf of my client, a global company which provides services for advertising agencies and media houses, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Continuous Improvement and Standardization Project Manager.
On this position you will be responsible for identification, coordination and implementation of improvements and standardization projects in financial processes, implementation of LEAN program and a LEAN culture. Moreover, you will be acting as coach and trainer for all employees to improve the processes and behaviours and you will coordinate new process descriptions and manuals.
We are seeking candidates with minimum 3 years of professional experience gained on a similar position in SSC/BPO environment. Working knowledge of financial processes will be an asset. Proven experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Management tools and methods is required as well as fluent English. In addition, you need to present well developed organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
