Content Solution Manager is responsible for the design, governance and maintenance of the HR Portal. This role will focus on promoting organizational effectiveness and associate engagement through an integrated, robust and high value HR Portal and knowledge base. On this position you will not have direct reports.

Michael Page is recruiting for positions within MyP&O (People and Organization) which is a part of a global network of Service Centers.

This HR Service Center aims to be the best in providing outstanding customer experience focusing on the needs of Mars Associates, helping them and guiding through their Mars adventure. Associates working within this center will have a chance to be a part of a brand new challenge, supporting 7 European countries in their HR matters and developing their carriers within Mars Family.

Description

  • Manage content and set design standards for the portal in order to communicate effectively with customers
  • Acquire up-to-date information regarding industry best practices and latest technology to improve internal practices, reduce operational cost and increase operational efficiency
  • Define and create process-specific content for the portal (strategy, policy, procedures, news, etc.) and ensure content is consistently up-to-date and relevant
  • Develop database maintenance procedures including generation, initial load, change control and archiving in order to ensure data integrity
  • Responsible for the delivery of HR Portal maintenance, including development of functional/technical specifications, troubleshooting issues and implementing initiatives
  • Establish and proactively manage HR Portal content structures and oversee content creation through the use of templates and guidelines in enhancing service delivery of the MyP&O organization in alignment with global content management guidelines
  • Build strong working relationships with Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, groups within MyP&O and other content owners to clearly identify content needs/requirements in driving MyP&O efficiency and while focusing on associate self-sufficiency
  • Lead testing including reviewing specifications, creating test scenarios, overseeing performance testing and coordinating with vendors and others on remediation of issues
  • Support continuous improvement and content service delivery excellence throughout the content management lifecycle by identifying and adopting best practices, maintaining a proactive sense of the business' needs and analysis of customer needs

Profile

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Computer Science
  • Fluency in English
  • At least communicative level of French
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with HR processes and practices
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to be a self-starter, and take initiative/ownership; adaptive and flexible to new ideas and change
  • IT savvy with a keen interest in leveraging IT functionality to drive standardization / add business value
  • Flexibility to deal with changing business requirement
  • Proven project management experience required
