Job overview:
- Review and moderate user-generated content
- Enforce the online community's safety
- Identify behavioural & technical issues, patterns & trends in the community
- Pro-actively escalate issues, observations, opportunities & insights through the relevant channels
To Succeed in This Role, You Are:
- Proficient in German (C1) and English (min. B2)
- Passionate about Social Media apps and trends
- Savvy in today’s social networking & collaboration technologies
- Able to make quick decisions coupled with good judgment
- Able to work with sensitive and potentially offensive content
Preferred Qualifications:
- Social Media monitoring experience
- High cultural tolerance
- Affinity to understand and include cultural traits of other markets/regions
