For our Client, new BPO center in Poznań, we are looking for English and Russian speakers (level C1) to join the team in Poznan.
You will be the first point of contact for the Customers (via different communication channels), therefore you will need to have strong interpersonal skills and be Customer oriented.
Your duties will include review and moderate user-generated content, identify technical and behavioural issues and review social media postings. Furthermore you will take applicable actions to approve or disapprove the content that requires further action.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a great communication skills, fluent English and Russian (C1) and high cultural tolerance. Experience in Social Media monitoring is welcome.
