For our client:Business Process Outsourcing company we are looking for aperson who will take the position of Content Moderatorto join an international team focused on Social Media app

Job overview:
  • Review and moderate user-generated content
  • Enforce the online community's safety
  • Identify behavioural & technical issues, patterns & trends in the community
  • Pro-actively escalate issues, observations, opportunities & insights through the relevant channels

To Succeed in This Role, You Are:
  • Proficient in Russian and English (min. B2)
  • Passionate about Social Media apps and trends
  • Savvy in today’s social networking & collaboration technologies
  • Able to make quick decisions coupled with good judgment
  • Able to work with sensitive and potentially offensive content

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Social Media monitoring experience
  • High cultural tolerance
  • Affinity to understand and include cultural traits of other markets/regions
