On behalf of our Client - international production company, we are currently looking for the candidates to fill the position of Contact Centre Analyst with French for a new start-up in the heart of Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for resolving requests from internal customers regarding HR related matters: (recruitment, personal files, learning&development, payroll etc. Also, you will collect and validate required data and proactively support your customers.
We are looking for the candidates with first experience in fast-paced, international environment. Fluent knowledge of French and English is a must as well as good knowledge of Polish.This role will serve company’s business needs, therefore we are looking for a person with a business or customer focus, a people-oriented team worker.
