For one of our Client, international company and a well known brand,we are looking for candidates to fill the position of HR Customer Service Agent with German in Warsaw.
Your new role:
As an HR Customer Service Agent with German you will be providing daily support to your colleagues located in Germany in terms of HR related questions and problems(questions related to recruitment processes, training, internal systems usage and errors, promotions, leaves, new hires, benefits, etc.). You will have a direct contact with internal Client via various channels(phone, video, mail and chat).
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for customer oriented candidates with good English and fluent German language skills.If you are an approachable and people person with positive attitude and are interested in development within customer service or HR area with a daily usage of German language, this is the role for you!
