Hays is recruiting for position of Consumer Care & Internal Communication Specialist, Corporate Affairs team in Warsaw

ABOUT POSITION
In this role you will be responsible for both internal and external communication for Mars Confectionery segment in Poland . You will ensure that Consumer Care is provided on professional level and also take care of internal communications and community engagement programs locally. This will allow you to inform and inspire all Associates to get involved in different social events.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support in the development and execution of internal communication strategies and management of implementation of these strategies for offices and factories, using channels and communication tools selected appropriately for target groups
  • Adaptation and implementation of corporate programs in the area of ​​corporate social responsibility
  • Sharing the best practices in the area of ​​internal communication with the regional and global team
  • Ensuring compliance with consumer service standards by acting as a contact person in matters related to consumer service, including budget management and monthly consumer service reports, as well as supervision over helpline / consumer service center and SAP system service
  • Cooperation with institutions and external organizations and acting as a contact person for all social and charity organizations
  • Preparation of draft press statements on charity activities for local and regional media
  • Updating information on our website and in social media

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will demonstrate high communication skills and relevant experience in Public Relations / Marketing / Employer Branding / CSR. We are looking for candidate with master degree in the area of communication, PR, journalism or related and with very good knowledge of English. We are looking for passionate, creative people with a positive and result-oriented attitude who are willing to develop in PR and communication within an international organization and a well-known brand.
