Construction Project Manager - Warehouse Investor - German BIG+
The selected person will be responsible for the coordination of investment projects on the entrusted region.
Client Details
Our client is an International Warehouse and Production Space Investor who is already present on the Polish market. Many years of international activity and development allowed our client to play a key role in the forefront of companies in this sector. Supporting the further development of the company, we are now looking for a candidate who would be interested in taking up long-term cooperation on the position of Project Manager - Construction. We need a few people for the position that will lead separate projects in the Lubuskie, Dolno Śląskie and Śląskie voivodeships
Description
- Controlling of project documentation, scope, quality of materials and costs spending
- Coordination of construction project documentation in all required steps
- Together with internal design team and leading external architects coordinates and supervises activities of outside engineers, required in terms of providing necessary design documentation, controls and receives finished project documents
- Ensuring project runs according to schedule and according to budget, managing progress of work and finding solutions for problems that may cause delays
- Controls and coordinates works on site, their quality and consistency of project documentation, coordinates preparation of documentation of changes in project implementation
- Attends meetings with clients, collects all needed project documentation/Info in order to proceed with detailed construction project documentation and scope of work and is responsible for the implementation of requested changes
- Cooperation during budget preparation, tenders, construction time schedule preparation, monitoring of spending
Profile
- Relevant degree of qualification - ideally university degree in civil engineering or similar
- Relevant technical skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience at the project manager position
- 3 years of experience in the construction of large-scale cubature (Logistics, Production, Retail)
- Fluent Polish, Very good German is a BIG+, Very good English
- Team player with individual proactive approach and good communication skills
- Strong self-management skills to ensure time issues of project deliveries
