We are looking for high motivated candidates with exeprience in compliance area to Headquarter in Wrocław.

For our client, an international financial institution we are looking for candidates on the position of Compliance Officer to join to his HQ based in Wrocław.
The hired employee will have a chance to work globally with direct contact to company compliance department abroad as well to co-operate with other brands locally within corporation structures under the supervision of Country Manager.
Opis stanowiska
- Monitoring regulations and practices pertaining to insurance activities, identifying and assessing noncompliance risks, checking that standards are properly applied;
- Managing the control procedures of conformity of "new products";
- Ensuring that principles to be respected in dealings with regulators as set out by the specific company's instruction are implemented;
- Ensuring and monitoring the deployment of Operational Risk system, on main topics (operational losses, Key Risk Indicators, Permanent Supervision, risk assessment/mapping);
- Assisting the Department managers in their responsibility for complying with all relevant anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing regulations, including providing advice related to compliance with local anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing legislation;
- Coordinating the drafting of procedures within all the departments of the branch;
- Reports directly to the CEO.
Profil kandydata
- Master's degree, preferable in Insurance, Finance or Economics;
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience on a similar position in an insurance, banking or leasing company;
- Experience in collaboration with outsourcing company (i.e. TPA) as well as external regulators;
- Ability to work independently and in team;
- Open minded with a business oriented approach and with good communication skills;
- Results oriented attitude with a commitment, enthusiasm and self-motivation;
- Fluent command in English is a must;
