For our client, a company leading in standards in Oil&Gas industry - Maersk Drilling - we are looking for Compliance & e-catalogue Administrator.
As a Compliance and Supplier Performance Administrator you will:
- Identify and evaluate critical suppliers for the organisation; Manage process for approval or rejection of new supplier requests; Responsible for supplier base optimisation
- Monitor buying behaviour to ensure used contracts are in compliance to agreed terms and condition, selected contracts are being utilised and engage with stakeholder in case of none compliance
- Implement process and qualification criteria for supplier blocking; Drive and develop key performance measures/metrics for key regional Suppliers and monitor supplier performance against these expectations to ensure continuous supplier improvement
- Develop process for supplier performance across categories and build comprehensive view of supplier performance; Implement processes to monitor internal stakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers
- Update system with contractual terms and ensure that new prices and terms are reflected and uploaded to relevant systems; Provide subject matter expertise of current regulations, Policies, emerging new regulations affecting contract language, processes, procedures, tools, and contract templates to internal and external departments; Lead and facilitate all Responsible Procurement activities; Provides training for all procurement personnel related to both internal policies/procedures
We need you to have:
- Strong communication skills, networking and interpersonal skills through which you can engage with a broad range of colleagues and stakeholders
- Formal education on minimum bachelor level or equivalent within relevant field (relevant experience can compensate for required formal education)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience with Supply Chain or similar supplier management tasks
- Fluent written / verbal English
- Analytical and presentation skills
