For our client, a company leading in standards in Oil&Gas industry - Maersk Drilling - we are looking forCompliance & e-catalogue Administrator.
As a Compliance & e-catalogue Administrator you will:
- Identify and evaluate critical suppliers for the organisation. Assist in approval or rejection of new supplier requests; Request for update of master data where applicable
- Implement processes to monitor contract compliance; Monitor buying behaviour to ensure the selected contracts/catalogues are being utilised and engage with stakeholder in case of none compliance; Assist in monitoring supplier behaviour to ensure used contracts are in compliance to agreed terms and condition (price, delivery terms, etc.)
- Together with Master Data team, manage catalogue content quality; Develop a robust process to add content in the catalogue; Continues cleansing, enrichment, cataloguing and standardisation of our material master data; Coordination of e-catalogue systems & content across categories; Update system with contractual terms and ensure that new prices and terms are reflected and uploaded to relevant systems
- Manage internal & external stakeholders. Continue to create e-catalogue awareness and communicate; Participate and take an active role in digital automation efforts across the organisation; Ensure relevant corporate and / or business specific procedures are followed
We need you to have:
- Strong communication skills, networking and interpersonal skills through which you can engage with a broad range of colleagues and stakeholders
- Formal education on minimum bachelor level or equivalent within relevant field (relevant experience can compensate for required formal education)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience with Supply Chain or similar supplier management tasks
- Fluent written / verbal English
- Analytical and presentation skills
