Reward Manager (Comp&Ben)

Location: Lublin / Mediolan

Finding people who click! The role of Reward Manager is fundamental in the Reward Team, to develop and deliver a global reward approach that supports the Company’s future strategy. This role is a key support to the Head of Reward & People Development in applying Corporate Reward Policies. This role will be expected to work in Poland and Italy in order to work effectively with the Snr HR Business Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Articulate strategy and direction with regard to Policies for job evaluation, level/grade promotions, salary reviews, benefits and supporting processes (e.g. bonus schemes);
  • Complete job evaluation assessments;
  • Maintain and develop the approach to non-financial reward;
  • Manage the implementation of reward programmes and initiatives (e.g. annual salary review process) at every level and for each geography; 
  • Be the focal point with external professionals in relation to salary surveys and benefit providers;
  • Work closely with the HR BPs to advise on pay and benefits at an individual and team level;
  • Responsible for the execution of Sales Incentive Plans, MBO process, working closely with the key Senior HRBP to ensure compliance to policy;
  • Prepare and submit relevant HR Reporting, coordinating and consolidating geos information, completing audit checks to ensure consistency;
  • Manage and oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the overall organisation design process, encompassing job evaluation and sizing, grading structures and job families, and benchmarking.
  • Design and provide external global benchmarking data for key skill roles;
  • Responsible for the Implementation of LTIP and Senior Award Programs (Co-Investments) working closely with the Heads of Tax and Heads of Payroll to ensure the appropriate processing for tax implications are applied;
  • Collaborate and liaise with HR Cost Controlling Manager all geos on Comp & Ben related costs and ensure compliance to budgeting and forecasting allocations

 

Requirements:

  • A professional background as a Reward Analyst, with experience in a leading reward role;
  • Track record of delivering reward strategies in a complex environment incorporating a broad range of reward issues;
  • Practical application and experience of job evaluation and grading structure design & implementation;
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills;
  • Strong process and governance skills;
  • Ability to work in an international, complex and challenging environment;
  • Ability to multi-task and must be well organized; attention to detail; ability to meet established deadlines; ability to work under pressure;
  • Advanced Excel/PPT skills and experience of HR Information Systems (SAP);
  • Strong people management and negotiation skills, able to effectively deliver through internal and external teams;
  • Good understanding of the English Language, ideally able to speak English & Italian.
