On behalf of our Client, human care company, currently we are looking for the Candidates for the position of Communication Specialist with German to newly created Shared Service Centre in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for communication with hospital customers and service engineers to determine the status of request, besides you will be responsible for forming relationship with legal entities, you will have visible influence of improvements of the operational procedures. Also you will be in charge of creating reports upon request.
We are looking for the candidates ideally with first experience in customer service. Fluent German is a must as well as good English. Person on this position should demonstrate very good communication skills. Working knowledge of SAP will be as asset.
