Communication Consultant - Digital Transformation
Lokalizacja: WarsawOur Client is an international company, one of the leaders in green energy sector who through its business strives to build a cleaner future and reduce the effects of climate change on the environment. Our Client is currenty undergoing digital transformation and to make sure this change is well-communicated and clear to all of its employees, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Communication Consultant in IT department.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the change communication of the Digital Workplace strategy
- Develop, roll out and follow up on campaigns in relation to the Digital Strategy
- Plan, implement and maintain change communication on complex concepts in cross-organisational projects, while keeping a strong focus on stakeholder management
- Contribute with content to our internal social media channels, newsletter, Power Point presentations and the like
- Provide communication advice to colleagues in IT and help prepare texts and presentations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in communication studies or similar
- Work experience in large organisations with change communication across a diverse field, ranging from very technical to very soft and behavioural matters
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex subjects into easily understood text
- Business acumen and strategic understanding
- Interest in IT and digitalisation
- Readiness to go the extra mile to achieve the best results in a large organisation where expectations are high
- Readiness to take ownership for your tasks, while at the same time working closely with the team, contributing with sparring and sharing your knowledge
- Readiness to travel a lot to the company’s headquarters in Denmark (especially at the beginning, up to 2-3 days a week)
- Fluency in English, enabling you to communicate smoothly and efficiently across an international organisation
