On behalf of our Client, global manufacturing company, which is developing their Business Services Hub in Wrocław, we are currently looking for Collections Manager.
Your next role
Within this role you will be responsible for high quality and on-time delivery of collection process and services complying with business needs. You will be an Owner of Collection process for EMEA and Americas (business groups), identifying and driving transformations and improvements in procedures, systems and ways of working.
You will manage 20+ people team(with 3 Team Leaders), work closely with Group Credit Risk Management team and Bad Dept Handling team, reporting to OtC Tower Lead.
Requirements
We require you to have Master's degree in Finance and at least 5 years of experience in international collection process(end-to-end). We are looking for highly adaptive personality with negotiation and communication skills, problem solving attitude and perseverance. You need to have proven track record of people management in diverse international environment. Data analysing skills and knowledge of Six Sigma methodology will be an asset.
