For our Client, an international company based in Warsaw, we are looking for Collection Specialist
Candidate who has knowledge of English and German (minimum B2) and MS Excel will be ideal candidate. If you know SAP program it will be an asset. You should be service minded, active listening, result oriented with a strong attention to details.
On this position you will be mainly responsible for monitoring merchant accounts in the system to identify outstanding debts, communicating with customers to ensure the collection of receivable, updating accounts status records and blocking the merchant if it will be justified. As a Collection Specialist you will be daily reporting to team lead in Zurich.
