Collection specialist with English - fully remote.
We are looking for specialists who would like to work in financial and accountancy area. The job gives opportunity to use English on a daily basis. The job is open to remote work. You can be located anywhere in Poland.
Client Details
Our Client is a global manufacturing company known as open and supportive employer. They are developing their department of financial and accountancy and we are looking for Collection Specialist with English with knowledge of English on at least B2 level.
Description
- Timely cash collection and account maintenance for a defined portfolio of customers,
- Analyzing the customers' accounts and liaise with the customers via call or email to ensure timely payment,
- Cooperating with Commercial, Invoicing, Credit Management and VAT Teams for efficient problem solving,
- Daily contacts with customers for any non-payment or delayed payments,
- Maintaining receivable sub-ledger,
- Making sure that customer account reflects commercial reality,
- Preparing and maintaining overdue and aging reports,
- Follow-up reason of non-payments,
- Answering questions and supporting stakeholders and customers as requested,
- Assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives,
- Reporting important issues related to customer payment behavior to Direct Supervisor,
- Investigating and resolving any client account discrepancies,
- Assisting Encashment Clerk in obtaining necessary payment details from customers.
Profile
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English,
- At least Bachelor Degree (Finance or Economy would be an asset),
- Proficient in using MS Office,
- High level of motivation, ability to work under stress,
- Problem solving skills with a "can do" attitude,
- Very good organizational and communication skills,
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
