Looking for graduates with English!
For our Client, an international corporation operating in the SSC sector, we are looking for candidates who would like to work in client service and finance services. Company's branch is located in the center of Kraków.
As a Collection Associate you will be responsible for background checks on clients, monitoring orders/accounts, analyzing bankruptcies and sharing some of those informations with other agencies. Moreover, you will also be providing help for customers in verbal and/or written form.
Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree (financial background preferred), ability to communicate in both written and spoken English (C1 level) and be proficient in MS Office . Also capability of making decisions, being focused on details, thinking creatively and multitasking would be a great advantage. Having 1+ year of Customer Finance experience is preferred and also having customer service experience would be highly appreciated. Candidate should be able to work from 14:00 to 22:00.
