At Guardian Czestochowa Sp. o.o., we are currently seeking a candidate for Coater Superintendent position in our plant in Czestochowa.
Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for people development and HR issue. He/She will cooperate with Coater Process Team, MPL, Engineering and Maintenance department.He /she will be responsible also as a support during problem solving, lean project implementation, SWG meetings.Specific Skills:

At Guardian Czestochowa Sp. o.o., we are currently seeking a candidate for Coater Superintendent position in our plant in Czestochowa.
Responsibilities:
- managing of SV's and Ct Mt day team,
- inventory and turnover raw materials,
- overhaul preparation and execution,
- production schedule execution,
- KPI's keeping according to targets.
This person will be responsible for people development and HR issue. He/She will cooperate with Coater Process Team, MPL, Engineering and Maintenance department.He /she will be responsible also as a support during problem solving, lean project implementation, SWG meetings.Specific Skills:

Qualifications:
- Minimum: Technical
- Preferred: Technical Bachelor or Engineer
- High degree of safety awareness and understanding of safety rules and regulations
- Communicative in English
- Experience in people management and manufacturing processes (min. 4 years of practice on production)
- Welcome knowledge in glass production or processing also related processes ( Metallurgy, Ceramic, Mechanical, Vacum and thin layers technology)
- Welcome knowledge in lean manufacturing, problem solving tools
