Our client is a professional Clinical Research and Medical Devices organization, based in Brussel Belgium.
The company is active in medical devices as a subsidiary of a global pharmaceutical company
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Senior trial manager you will be part of the clinical program team and will be the primary point of contact for trial sites. You plan and track all clinical trials. Furthermore, you are the lead for all clinical trial managers, who you will manage and tutor. This position is a freelance position for at least one year.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You provide leadership; provide operational expertise; liaise with the clinical R&D franchise and collaborate with site personnel. You provide strategy with minimal supervision. Mentorship to senior clinical management and collaboration with site personnel are a vital part of your task.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc in Life sciences with at least 3 years of experience (BSc 5 years minimum)
- Clinical trial management experience
- Cross-functional team experience
- Industry certifications such as CCRA or RAC are preferred
- Fluent in English
- Clinical / medical devices background is a plus
