For our Client, a fast growing Shared Service Center located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates for the position ofClient Service Coordinator with Dutch.
On this position you will be responsible for providing support to internal and external clients from the Netherlands cluster including solving daily problems, scheduling the meetings, planning the workflow, monitoring KPIs performance and ensuring that all information are up to date. Moreover, you will be in charge of participating in periodic meetings and planning some improvements.
We are seeking candidates with previous experience in logistic planning or customer service. Fluent English and Dutch is required. The ideal candidate should present strong customer focus, ability to manage conflicting situations and excellent organizational skills.
