For our Client, a fast growing Shared Service Center located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates for the position of Client Service Administrator with Dutch.
On this position you will be responsible for providing support to internal and external clients from the Netherlands cluster, processing customers’ application and updating customer master records in the system. Moreover, you will provide general administration support to the Sales and Operations departments and participate in periodic meetings and some improvement projects.
We are seeking candidates with previous experience in administration or customer service. Fluent English and Dutch is required. The ideal candidate should present strong customer focus, ability to manage conflicting situations and excellent organizational skills.
