For our Client, international retail company with office located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates with fluency in English for a position of Client Risk Analyst
Possibility to work full time or part time
Your new role:
- performing manual fraud review in order to detect fraudulent transactions,
- conductingresearch to identify fraudulent activity and investigate any suspicious patterns that could be a fraud,
- supporting customers with their purchase and resolving problems related with this transaction,
-executing processes in line with procedures and managing internal data base.
- supporting inidentifying and developing process enhancements to maximize efficiency of fraud detection activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- fluency in English (at least C1 level), because you will be mostly working with English language and supporting U.S. market,
- analytical skills who can easily build relationships with customers,
- ability to make decisions quickly and accurately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- previous experience in a KYC or AML would be considered as an asset.
