Based on our EMEA Corporate Accounts team we are looking for a Client Relationship Leader in our Krakow’s office.

This is a client facing role, you will work with the HCA sales director/operational director for EMEA and you will put in place client development strategies for a key client portfolio. The key element of the job will be working with the client and Hays operational teams to make sure jobs are filled and revenue targets are achieved.

Your new role
As the Client Relationship Lead, you will determine the level of account management required for the client and make the necessary arrangements with regional counterparts in Fra/Benelux, SCEEME, APAC, UK/I, GSCNR and Americas. Your key role will be to manage the relationship with portfolio of key clients, building the Hays client partnership and ensuring Hays are regarded highly by those clients as high achieving and high performing supplier. You will be the first point of contact for the client dealing with general queries, job release, client questions and any first point escalation issues. You will be the ambassador of Hays to your client base, promoting our business to maximise job flow to Hays. The second key element of the job is to engage fully with our regional locations to make sure any jobs released from the client portfolio are filled. It will be your responsibility to manage the recruiting consultants throughout the process, ensuring key recruitment milestones are met, and reporting revenue generated. This is a key role within the EMEA Corporate Accounts team.

What do you need to succeed?
You have client management experience at corporate level. You are committed to meet fee targets. You have significant experience in recruiting (internationally), as an agency or RPO recruiter. Second European language an advantage but not essential. You are able to build relationships with clients at functional to middle management level and to be perceived as a trusted advisor. You have excellent communication skills and you are good listener. You are determined to achieve success, and you have a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You have an eye for detail and you can prioritise multiple demands. Ideally you understand different economies and employment market, you have people management and leadership experience, and an experience managing volume recruitment campaigns.
