Due to the fast growth of newly created Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are looking for the Candidates to hold the position of CI Analyst.
On this position you will be responsible for analyzing, investigating and escalating risks, monitoring technical issues, leading improvement initiatives and providing periodical analysis to verify risks and controls. Besides, you will work closely with HR Operations team providing your support in the development and implementation of new processes.
We are looking for the Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in risk/quality management. Experience in ticketing tools or other reporting tool will be an asset. Fluent English as well as an analytical approach and problem-solving attitude is as must.
