Chief Accountant
For our Client- international manufacturing company we are looking for a Chief Accountant position.

Our Client is dynamic, international manufacturing company based near Wrocław.
Description
- responsibility for monthly closing process including submission of Group IFRS Reporting on monthly basis along with Polish statutory reporting,
- control over tax (VAT and CIT) and Polish regulatory reporting,
- being responsible for leading and managing full accounting operations,
- supervising and monitoring the entire accounting process including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts, receivables, inventory, fixed assets, cash management and taxes,
- reviewing, investigating, and preparing corrections to errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports,
- daily cooperation with a international SSC,
- contributing to continuous improvement by proposing ideas, participating in projects and applying any agreed changes to processes,
- liaising with external and internal auditors, sharing relevant information with the auditors,
- maintaining relationships with third parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax authorities,
Profile
- higher education,
- at least 5 years of practical experience in Chief Accountant or a Deputy Head of Chief Accountant position gained in dynamic, international environment,
- practical knowledge of tax regulations and standards and IFRS,
- practical knowledge of transfer pricing processes,
- excellent communication skills in English,
- high communication and presentation skills,
- knowledge of SAP will be a strong asset,
