We are looking for Candidates with minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role or organisation, Master’s degree in finance or accounting. Good knowledge of the English language both verbal and in writing and high level of MS Office skills are required. Accurate and result-oriented and proactive working attitude is a must. Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage. We are also looking for independent, flexible and socially skilled candidate.

Your responsibilities:
- Effective management of direct reports.
- Reporting of monthly financial reports to the head office.
- Reporting year financial statements and specifications to the head office.
- Preparation of year budget with local management.
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports requested by management or head office.
- Responsibility for VAT filing and CIT calculations, insurance policies and financial part of SAP system.
- Keeping the accounts of the company according to the rules the Accounting Act and tax regulations.
- Keeping accounting records.
- Managing banking and supervision of bank transfers.
- Supervision over the preparation of financial, tax and statistical reports.
- Accounting and booking of economic operations.
- Conducting the process of reconciliation of financial settlements and transactions as well as settlement of financial operations.
- Appropriate valuation of the Company's assets and determination of the financial result.
- Appropriate preparation of books enabling the audit of the financial reports and other controls.
- Participation in the creation and updating of documentation describing Company's accounting policy.
- Booking invoices from suppliers and preparing payments.
- Settlement of receivables resulting from internal regulations, e.g. business trips, advances, etc.
- Cooperation with external clients of the Company's service providers, legal and insurance advisors, institutions, statutory auditors, etc.
- Determining and checking the inventory path of the actual state of assets and liabilities.
- Creating, collecting and storing accounting and other entrusted documents documentation, as well as ensuring the proper circulation of financial documents.
- Performing other tasks entrusted by the superior.
- Corporate reporting and participation in the group financial projects.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations and fire safety regulations.
